How to Download Instagram Reels with Audio in HD

1. What Are Instagram Reels?

Instagram Reels are full-screen vertical short-form videos designed with a 9:16 aspect ratio (1080x1920 pixels). They often include original background audio, sound effects, voiceovers, and visual filters.

While the native Instagram app lets users bookmark Reels to private collections or save them temporarily inside the app cache, it often restricts saving directly to the phone gallery or removes copyrighted music from the downloaded file.

2. Downloading Reels on iPhone (iOS)

Step 1: Open the Instagram app on your iPhone and browse to the Reel you wish to save.

Step 2: Tap the paper airplane (Share) icon located in the right action column.

Step 3: Select "Copy Link" from the bottom sheet.
